Field of work:
From June 2023 to October 2024, she worked on the “Jugendstudie BW” project, which surveys ninth-graders throughout Baden-Württemberg on topics relating to politics and society. Among other things, she was involved in the development of the questionnaire and was responsible for the subsequent analysis of the data obtained.
Since October 2024, she has been working on the DFG project “Cognitive processes in answering indirect questioning techniques”, which investigates question-answer processes in answering IQTS (indirect questioning techniques). Different respondent groups are contrasted in order to explore possible differences in the question-answer process and the interaction with the perception of sensitivity of questions.
Clara Oehler studied “Empirical Political and Social Research” at the University of Stuttgart. She has been pursuing her PhD in Sociology at the University of Stuttgart since 2022. From 2020-2022, she was a research assistant in the departments of Social Science Research Methods and Computational Social Science at the University of Stuttgart. Since April 2022, she has been an academic assistant in the Department of Sociology and Empirical Social Research at the University of Stuttgart.
